Colin's fish-loving contestant was Jonathan Rapp, chef-owner of River Tavern restaurant in Chester ( www.rivertavernchester.net) and co-creator of Dinners at the Farm (www.dinnersatthefarm.com). He and his Dinners at the Farm partner were invited to last year's FarmAid concert to cook for 700 VIPs. Jonathan is doing a special CT shad/seafood dinner on 5/18/08 to benefit the CT River Museum.
