Broadcast House is the former home of Channel 3.  WTIC-AM was housed in the building in the 1960's and early 1970's.  An architecture and engineering firm from Middletown plans to build a $40-million high-rise on the site, move in, and leasesome of the space.

Workers have begun removing debris from inside the building, through a hole punched through a ceiling, at the loading dock where TV trucks used to park.
