Former State Senator's Son Faces Sexual Assault Charge

Legal troubles for another member of the DeLuca family. Former State Senator Louis DeLuca was convicted of a misdemeanor charge of "conspiracy to threaten" two years ago. Now his son, 53-year-old, Robert DeLuca has been charged with sexually assaulting a minor. State Police Lt. Paul Vance says the younger DeLuca was arrested this week on charges of sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.
DeLuca's attorney, Ioannis Kaloidis says his client denies the charges and will be vindicated.
