Hartford Police Arrest Shooting Suspect

HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) - Hartford police have arrested a Bristol man for the assault and shooting of a Trinity College students in May.
Twenty-seven-year-old Edwin Vega was arrested Tuesday in connection with the assault and shooting of a nineteen year old student on May 5.
Police say the student has been shot in a building on Sherbrooke Avenue and they released a surveillance video on YouTube, an Internet video site, of a woman who might have been a witness to the assault.
Vega is in custody on assault, robbery, unlawful discharge of a firearm and reckless endangerment charges. He's being held on $250,000 bond.
Police say they are also looking for an accomplice.
