Man Sentenced for Growing Pot in Bolton Home

HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) _ A 31-year-old Connecticut man has been sentenced to five years in federal prison for a marijuana growing operation in Bolton.

Federal prosecutors says Quyet Van Le (WITT' vahn' lee) of Danbury and Bolton was sentenced yesterday in Hartford federal court.

He had pleaded guilty in January to one count of manufacture and possession with intent to distribute 100 or more marijuana plants.

Court documents show that he grew the marijuana at a home on Enrico Road in Bolton. He was arrested in July of last year after investigators found about 240 mature marijuana plants inside the house.
