Man Shot In Bridgeport While Riding Motorcycle

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (AP) - Bridgeport police say a 34-year-old man has become the city's ninth homicide after being shot to death.
Police say Hector Colon died from a gunshot wound Sunday morning. Police say he was apparently riding a stolen motorcycle when he was shot around 3 a.m. Sunday.
Police say they first received a report about a motorcycle accident at Stratford and Hollister Avenues.
When emergency personnel arrived in an ambulance they found Colon lying on the ground next to the motorcycle ``bleeding profusely.''
They discovered Colon had been shot.
