New Britain Police: Woman's Death 'Suspicious'

New Britain Police are investigating what they're calling the "suspicious" death of a woman found in a single-family home at 91 Brighton Street. The incident was reported by a relative, said police. The woman's body was found between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. Thursday morning.
Police were awaiting search warrants to enter the house and look for evidence. State Police are assisting New Britain Police in processing the scene.
An autopsy will be performed on the woman's body. Her name was being withheld.
