GUILFORD, Conn. (WTIC) - A 14-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with the paint ball shooting of an infant last month, police said.
The juvenile, whose name has not been released, has been charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault, according to police.
The incident occurred on June 26th, in the parking lot of the CVS store on Boston Post Road. The baby suffered a welt to his face, but was otherwise okay, police said at the time.
