Hartford police say two men are charged with a home invasion Sunday at 95 Vine Street. 29-year-old James Craig of Henry Street, Hartford and 32-year-old Kevin Hazel of Vine Road, West Hartford, are each charged with carrying a pistol without a permit, two counts of risk of injury, one count of criminal possession of a pistol or revolver, two counts of first-degree unlawful restraint, two counts of first degree burglary, two counts of reckless endangerment and two counts of first-degree threatening.
