ENTER "THE HALL"

The last time we saw UConn at the XL Center, it was their forgettable lose to Georgetown...Since they, they have reeled off four straight wins over three teams that will all play on Tuesday in the Big East tournament and a good West Virginia team.
There are still questions surrounding this group like
A)- Who takes the big shot, will it be A.J.Price, Jerome Dyson or someone else.
B)- Will we see Jeff Adrien play in the first half like he has over the last five games in the second half.
C)- Will Stanley Robinson and Hasheem Thabeet play with the type of consistency necessary for the Huskies to stay in the rarified air of the Top Five.
We do know somethings though. That this team is starting to excute the 2-2-1 press ,causing distruptions with traps at midcourt.
That on any night, any one of seven different players can lead the team in scoring. No Husky has led the team in scoring in back to back games since Buffalo and Stony Brook. Not many teams can say that.
They can still block shots with the best of them.
They rebound the heck out of the basketball.
Today, it's Seton Hall. They can score but their Big East defense has left a lot to be desired.
Hopefully, there will be none on the shenanigans that turned the women's game into a WWE event.
PS- If Frank Langella DOESN"T win the Oscar for Best Actor for his performance in Frost/Nixon, it will be a crime. He was brilliant playing the 37th President of the United States. And if you closed your eyes and just listened to Langella and Michael Sheen, you would have thought you were listening to Nixon and Frost.
Don't forget, today's broadcast begins @ 1:30 and I will take your calls on Husky Talk after the post game. Since there is NO football worth watching today, (just a bitter Giants fan talking there), you should get on board and talk UConn Basketball,.
