NEWINGTON, Conn. (AP) _ A 42-year-old Connecticut man has been ordered to stay away from young children after being arrested on nearly two dozen charges involving alleged inappropriate contact with young girls.
Douglas Neu is free on bond after a court appearance Monday. The charges against him include risk of injury to a minor, unlawful restraint and fourth-degree sexual assault.
The charges stem from his alleged contact with at least two girls ranging in age from 12 to 16.
A judge ordered Neu Monday to stay away from any nonrelated children under the age of 16 while his court case is pending.
He's free after posting bond.
