PLAINVILLE, Conn. (AP) _ Connecticut police have filed new charges against a Plainville school system employee already facing sexual assault charges involving a child.
Twenty-five-year-old Jonathan Zahra was arrested again Tuesday by Plainville police, this time on three counts of risk of injury to a minor.
Zahra has pleaded not guilty to the original charges stemming from alleged sexual encounters with a child from July through September of 2008.
Police say the new charges involve a different victim than the one Zahra was accused of sexually assaulting when he was arrested May 1.
Zahra remains in custody in lieu of $750,000 bond from his first arrest.
