Manchester Man Charged in Murder at Vigil

East Hartford police say a Manchester man is charged with murder in a shooting last week at a vigil for a previous shooting victim. Thirty-year-old Tyshawn Case is the second person arrested in connection with the death of Brian Rivera. Rivera was among a group of people at a candlelight vigil for William Castillo, killed a day earlier.
Police say the investigation into Castillo's death is continuing.
Case is charged with murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and other charges. Anthony Williams, who was arrested previously, is charged with criminal attempt to commit murder and conspiracy to commit assault.
