Possible Yale Grad Student Murder Hearing Delayed
Matt Dwyer Reporting

Defendant Raymond Clark III's case was before a judge in New Haven Superior Court today, but Clark did not appear there himself.
Instead, Clark's defense lawyer said his client wanted to give up his right to have a probable cause hearing within 60 days, while he decides if he wants to have the hearing later.
If it is held, the proceeding would require the proscution to show evidence of why there is probable cause to try Clark.
Meanwhile, the judge said he plans to rule later this week, on a request by reporters that warrants in the case be made public.
The warrants would include information the police used to show a judge that there was enough reason to arrest Clark, in the killing of Yale graduate student Annie Le.
Both the prosecution and the defense have asked that the documents be kept sealed from public view.
Le was found dead in the basement of a university research building where she worked, several days after she vanished.
So far, Clark has not entered a plea.
The next court hearing in the case was scheduled for December 21.
