New York State Police today said a man taken into custody in Connecticut faces a charge of second degree murder in an upstate New York case.
New York State Police say 63-year-old George King was found dead in his home in Sharon, New York.
He died of apparent blunt force trauma. Investigators say the death was a homicide.
George King's son, Gerry, has now been located in Connecticut.
The younger King was found in a blue van on Route 44 in Norfolk yesterday, by Connecticut State Police.
New York authorities say the 37-year-old from Sprakers, New York faces pending criminal charges, but they would NOT say what the charges are.
The son was found with other people, but Connecticut State Police say those other people were not arrested.
