Police Arrest 19 in Reverse Sting

Hartford police posing as drug-sellers say they arrested 19 people in a reverse sting on Brook Street. Police say would-be customers approached the undercover officers and were charged with narcotics violations. In addition, police were able to serve an outstanding arrest warrant and they seized a handgun.
