COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) In a story Nov. 14, The Associated Press reported that lethal injection is used by Ohio and 35 other states. The story should have made clear that one of the states, Nebraska, is switching from electrocution to injection and that its proposal to use a three-drug method still must be approved.
